Buying From Us – How It Works
We make buying property from us safe, secure and fast. People are surprised how easy it is to buy land. We follow a proven process that takes out the hassle. Here it is:
Step 1: Learn About Your Property
We list all the details we know about the property so you can do your due diligence and see if its the property you want. We ensure all our properties have clear title, title insurance and the legal stuff is all taken care of before we transfer ownership to you. This is done through an independent Title Company.
Step 2: Click on Buy Now
To own the property you want, simply click on the “Buy Now” button found on the property listing page. You will be directed to a check-out page. Enter your payment and contact information. A $1,000.00 deposit will be charged and this guarantees the property is yours. The deposit is fully refundable if we don’t live up to our end of the bargain (which never happens, but we want you to have peace of mind). It is not refundable if you don’t complete the purchase, as we reserve the property for you and no one else can buy it while it is legally processed through title and the deed is recorded in your name.
Step 3: Fund The Deal
You have 7 days to complete the transaction through escrow. The Title Company will contact you and let you know where to wire the funds or send the check. If this is a terms deal (involving monthly payments of a year or more) there is no credit check, no lenders and no Real Estate agents. The purchase agreement documents are either overnighted to you via FedEx, or you visit a close-by Title Company office to sign and pay the remaining balance. Either way, we make it fast and easy. The Title Company takes care of ALL the paperwork, including filing the deed in your name with the County Recorder. You now officially own the property and can enjoy it immediately!
It usually takes 7 – 10 business days to complete the entire process, but we are good with you going to enjoy the property as soon as you make the deposit.
